Welcome,
As-salaamu ‘alaykum.
HIJAMAH
for
Women & Girls
In Western New York.
Hijamah
Wet cupping, also known as Hijamah,
has been practiced across continents and generations, and is cherished as a Sunnah of Rasūl-Allah (the Messenger of Allah), Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم).
Today, many women seek Hijamah as part of a holistic approach for well-being.
“A Sunnah practice with a rich history that continues to be explored in modern healthcare and scientific research.”
My Approach
Our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being are deeply connected.
True wellness includes caring for our bodies while strengthening our relationship with Allah. I believe caring for our health includes both seeking beneficial medical care and embracing the timeless wisdom of the Sunnah.
By combining evidence-informed care with a faith-centered, whole-person approach, I strive to create a space for rest, movement, reflection, & genuine human connection.
Whether you come for Hijamah or simply to ask questions, I hope you leave feeling seen, supported, and one step closer to your own Heart’s Return.

A standard cupping session involves warming touch & skin stimulation, followed by dry cupping, after which tiny and very shallow incisions are made on the surface of the skin.
Then, a secondary round of suction, allowing blood flow into the cup.
-
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Make sure the clothing allows me to reach your back, and any other areas you would like cupped.
Be aware that the clothing you wear may come in contact with blood and / or a topical oil. Dark colors and natural fibers are recommended.
-
Hijamah is generally not painful, and many people find it to be a relaxing experience. Those with a lower pain tolerance may experience more discomfort.
If you have a specific condition you're looking to address or any concerns, please feel free to reach out.

A typical Hijamah session ranges from 50-90 minutes, depending on the number of cups and intensity of treatment. Extra time may be allotted for more in-depth consultations beforehand.
Scheduling a free consultation will reduce the amount of time needed to assess during your appointment.
